Being a good leader would be hard to be, in my opinion. People have to have good self -esteem, and have to think about others before them selves. They have to be able to charge and make good decisions.
Usually they think on there feet, think of others before them selves, and put their best interests first. They inspire others and they do not seek the glory.
My brother has good leadership skills because he knows what to do when he needs to make a decision for others or himself. He knows how to take charge. For example, when the sergeant tells him to be the leader of something, he involves everybody and asks what everybody thinks about his decision. He then makes his final decision. He inspires people, and definitely doesn’t be the leader for the glory.
It takes real people to be a leader.
