Leadership
Leadership comes with a lot of responsibility. Because if you think about it when you’re a leader then you’re a place or some people somewhere. I know that respect, knowledge, being polite, selflessness, helpful and inspiring makes you a good leader. Somebody who I think was a great leader was Gordon B. Hinckley. Why? Because he was a leader for the LDS church he traveled all over and brought many people into his religion, and for those who did not respect his religion he did not shun them. He still respected them. Because their people just like him they just have different beliefs, and he shared knowledge with those who wanted to listen to him, and never forced others to listen to him.
Anybody could be a leader even YOU who is reading this right now. The question is are you a leader for good or for bad. Look at Gandhi and Hitler examples for good and bad. Gandhi was a leader for good he brought the whole nation of India to independence, and he never used violence to me that is an awesome leader. Then there is Adolph Hitler who was brilliant and a really well spoken. He had Germany in his hands and he used it for bad. He tried to take over Europe that put his rule over Germany to an end. He really was a genius but he used it for bad, and he had become too power hungry. What kind of leader are you?

What people should do is be a leader not a follower thats what gets people in trouble.

Leadership is some time a rough thing for you or for everyone out there and i think it is okay and everyone has there own perspective and ya I like the way you think:.
When it all comes down we really need to decide who are we going to follow, the Gandhis of this world or the Hitlers?
