Racism is against a certain race, and prejudice is against a type of people or anyone who is different. Separation in the prison should go by crimes that they committed so the violent ones would be with the violent ones. A racist person can become racist by the environment that they live in, by those around them while they are growing up, or by the way they are taught. If you think about it the people around you while your growing up have a big influence on what you do/say. Like with me I was raised that drinking was ok, and that doesn’t mean I want to go back to it. Of course that doesn’t mean that people who drink are bad people. At least I’m not a bad person.

well i think racism is all in perspective because i am okay with the seperation of people in prison because my friend was killed by some one of the oppesite color but you did a good job at your blog.
