If I had to give a little girl some advice on dating I would have to think for a little bit before I told her my opinion. It all depends on things like if she has dated before this, who the guy is, what both of their morals are, and if they have had good role models in their lives. The best advice I could give them is to not make love outside of being married. Also not to do it with someone you don’t know well enough that you can be absolutely positive that that person would never even think of forming a thought about hurting you. You have to be completely sure of a person before committing to them in such a way that they could possibly leave you as soon as they have had their fun and pleasure.
I would also explain to them about temptation and sin. Then I would give them examples of how they could fall into temptation or sin. If they were going off to college, I would explain to them that the reason they are going to college is to learn. So he needs to keep his head on straight and be studying at night.
