It’s true what they say love is bliss
Without you I feel so cold and lonely
I need your warm gentle touch
I wish I could hold you in my arms

Torn away from you and torn a sunder
I’m in a blunder I feel so lost
Closing my eyes trying not to give up
I’m caught in the dark and you’re my light
They can only separate us for so long

Oh wow very good poem. I really liked it. I heard somewhere that like 85 percent of poems and songs are about love. I can't write poems but you can. Very good!
