The book we have been reading has made me think a lot about the war we are in and have been for years. The whole thing with the Middle East is starting to be over rated because of oil and all the stuff being said about the US being over there trying to help. Then we get notice we have to be out with in the end of June. I have enjoyed seeing Marji grow up it has been something I haven’t seen in any books I have read. I have learned more about living in Iran then I knew before we started reading the book. From this experience I would never want to be in the country where the war is happening and having to be scared to answer the phone and find out someone is died from bombs.
