HAIKUS

HOME
Trying to get back
Home isn’t where the heart is
Want to run away.

Dream
In a dream last night
I dreamt of my perfect day
The day I am free.

Snowboarding
While on the mountain,
I watched the valley below
The people ride fast.

LIMERICKS

There was a young girl in search of good luck
Everywhere she went was dirt and muck.
She asked and she found
That no one was ‘round
So she flew away like a duck.

There once was a house with a face
Who was covered in pink lace.
Everyone was staring,
So intensively glaring
And then they ran away with haste.

There once was a sliver ring
That was so pretty it could bring,
Happiness to all
When they started to fall.
It could make anyone sing.
