Sadness

Sadness often looked at as a symbol of shame.
Life just full of space.
You ask yourself questions over and over again.
“Do I matter?”; “What’s missing within?”
You worry about the rise and the fall, and ask for help, yet get nothing at all.
You constantly question yourself,
“Can I survive?”
The answer is no when your soul has died.
Pushing back boundaries and leaving your pieces behind,
and never stopping to think about how important the sun is.
The littlest things that brighten up your day make you want to go on.
Your life is a debt to society and no one listens.
Seems impossible to treat this incurable sadness.
A life full of sadness is a crisis,
and what’s up must come down.
Lost in sadness, am I.

Sadness isn't what a lot of people see it to be.
Sadness is a way of healing what's inside.
Crying (part of sadness) is part of the healing process.
If people realize this they would probably accept sadness as it is.
